Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Depart Nairobi at 7:00 AM and begin your scenic journey to the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve.

En route, stop at the spectacular Great Rift Valley Viewpoint, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views and capture memorable photographs.

Arrive at your Budget Camp in time for check-in and a delicious lunch.

After a short relaxation, depart for your first exciting afternoon game drive at around 4:00 PM, searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and numerous plains game.

Return to the camp before sunset.

Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Wake up early for an optional sunrise experience before heading out on an early morning game drive, when predators are most active.

Return to camp for a hearty breakfast before relaxing and enjoying the camp facilities.

After lunch, head out again on an afternoon game drive exploring different sections of the reserve in search of the Big Five and, during migration season, the dramatic river crossings.

Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
