Overview
Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa whose diverse landscape encompasses the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountains and immense Lake Victoria. Its abundant
wildlife includes chimpanzees as well as rare birds. Remote Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a renowned mountain gorilla sanctuary. Murchison Falls
National Park in the northwest is known for its 43m-tall waterfall and wildlife such as hippos.
Day 1:
Depart Kampala for Murchison falls national park with a stopover at Ziwa rhino for trekking, a lunch break and continue to the park gate. Get cleared and go marvel at the world's most powerful and thunderous waterfalls.
Continue to your lodge, check in then begin an early evening game drive.
Day 2:
An early morning game drive gets underway after a light breakfast where you'll see lots of amazing flora and fauna. Return at the lodge for full breakfast, later lunch and then a boat safari.
Day 3:
Drive out to Kibale national park, do a nature walk, dinner and sleep.
Day 4:
Chimpanzee tracking in the mornings, return for lunch and after drive to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Day 5:
Morning game drive, lunch break then an afternoon boat safari.
Day 6:
Tree climbing Lion experience in the morning, a lunch breaks then drive to Bwindi national park.
Day 7:
Track mountain gorilla in the morning, Batwa cultural experience later.
Day 8:
Drive to Kampala with a lunch stop over and Equator demonstration.

Brief facts about Murchison falls national park
The park covers 3,893 square kilometers and is Uganda’s largest protected area. Today it’s part of the even larger Murchison falls protected area which includes the adjoining Karuma and Bugungu wildlife reserves. The park is dominated by savanna, woodland, river/ wetland and tropical forest habitats which provide homes for 76 mammal species and 450 bird species. Large mammals include lion and leopard (though rare but attempts to locate them will be made), elephant, hippopotamus, Rothschild’s, giraffe, Cape buffalo. Jackson hartebeest, waterbuck, warthogs, oribi, warthogs, Uganda Kob. The Nile corridor provides year round water for these animals as well as a plethora of water birds including the rare Shoebill stock and Uganda’s largest population of Nile crocodile.

Brief facts about Bwindi impenetrable national park.
The park was gazette in 1942 and lies in south western Uganda about 530 Kilometres from Kampala. Gorilla tracking no doubt is the main activity and once in a lifetime sought after adventure. Coming into close contact with the majestic creatures will leave an indelible memory to any trekker.
